Personal training sessions

Training sessions take place at Form Factory Fitness in Harfa. Access to the gym is possible with a Multisport card, or a membership can be purchased.

I work with a variety of clients: those who want regular training sessions in their free time to improve their lifestyle, as well as athletes who aim to enhance their performance in training, on the field, or elsewhere. I can also assist athletes with meal planning, both during the off-season and in-season, or help optimize diet for game or competition days. Additionally, I work with children who want to incorporate regular training into their routine. One of the main goals is to help children develop a healthy relationship with movement and food. Strength and conditioning training is suitable for any child who enjoys being active, as well as for young athletes in other sports who want to expand their movement skills, including strength, mobility, and even dynamics. These workouts strengthen ligaments and tendons, improve joint function, and contribute to proper development and body function. Hypermobility is not uncommon in children, and identifying it early allows us to address it through targeted training, helping to prevent potential injuries.


Nutrition consulting

I am happy to assist you during our collaboration with adjusting your meal plan and overall lifestyle. Whether your goals are aesthetic or performance-related, having a properly structured nutrition plan is essential, as it affects both your physique and your athletic performance.

Before your first training session, an InBody assessment can be performed, allowing us to track your progress over time. You will experience firsthand how a properly planned diet positively influences your training performance.

I can also support athletes with meal planning, both for long-term strategies and pre- or post-competition nutrition. Correct portioning and timing of meals can enhance performance in games or competitions, improve recovery, reduce discomfort, and boost protein synthesis after exertion. For athletes, it is also important to prevent Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S).


Individual approach

Each of you has your own goals, priorities, and experience with fitness centers. I take an individual approach to every client and aim to create a tailor-made training plan just for you. Everyone's body works differently – strength, fitness level, body composition, and more all vary from person to person. All of this must be taken into account when designing your training.

I always say that a trainer's first success is when the client enjoys the workouts. I consider that the first step on your journey. How quickly and effectively you climb the next steps is up to you. My role is to show you the path and support you along the way, while it's up to you to walk it.

Booking system

If you would like to book a personal training session immediately, please follow the link.

  • If you want to try just one individual session, select "Introductory Personal Training" – the price is CZK 1,200.

  • If you have already chosen a training package (see the Price List), select "Training Package – First Session" in the booking system. The price will depend on the package you choose, and we will confirm this on-site.

  • "Personal Training 60 min." is for long-term clients, allowing you to make future reservations yourself if we continue working together.

  • Another option is "Nutrition Consulting" (60 minutes) – a consultation focused on your diet. More details can be found in the Price List section of this website.

Reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance. Likewise, bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

I have a reservation policy to ensure fairness for all clients: bookings for the next month open on the 20th day of the current month at 9:00 PM. For example:

  • From Dec 20 at 9:00 PM, you could book for January

  • From Jan 20 at 9:00 PM, bookings for February open

  • From Feb 20 at 9:00 PM, bookings for March open, and so on.

Please pay for your first session in cash on-site. For long-term clients, payment by bank transfer is possible. Thank you.
